Clomid...second round?

Question

Today is currently cycle day 5...and I started my pills today...100mg...my first round I was put on 50mg...but unfortunetly I did not ovulate....I'm hoping this time I do....I'm a little down because...i had hopes that by now I would be pregnant....so basically...any stories....of success..or any kind of motivation would be greatly appreciated...did any of you..concieve on clomid...what dosage and how many rounds...

50mg didn't work for me either. I just wasn't ovulating.  I was put on 100mg and it took 2 months for me to get pregnant! Hang in there; it will happen!

I took 100mg Clomid, I think, and ovulated the first three months, and then the fourth month--nothing.  I called my doc, and she said for some women the Clomid stops working; they become "immune" to it.  I switched to Femara and got pregnant the first cycle!  (unfortunately, it was ectopic)

Anyway, if the Clomid never works for you, ask about Femara.
