Clomid users! Did you suffer any symptoms while taking the drug?

I am getting to start my second cycle first with 100 mg. Last month was only 50mg. Did your symptoms get worse with each cycle, or were they the same?

I was on clomid for 5 cycles, started from 50mg for a couple of months and ended up on 150mg.  I didnt ovulate using that medication, but I did have hot flushes and wicked mood swings, sorry but they did get worse the higher the dose got, but having said that, it varies from person to person, so you will just have to wait and see.  

Hopefully you dont get them any worse, or better still, at all.

I am on my fourth round of clomid ( 100 mg) and the side effects I felt are:

Major Mood Swings

bloating in my lower stomach area

hot flashes

It does get better over time. I did miss one month of Clomid since I had to get a Hystersalpingogram done ( a test that determines if my fallopian tubes are blocked). The next month I did feel more hot flashes and more bloating since I was off of clomid for one month and had to start over. I hope my answer helps you.

I found that drinking water with lemon calmed my stomach down a bit.
