Clonlost Cruiser, the subject of unprecedented demand in Owners Bonus Series Heat 2 at Monmore
All eyes are glued on Clonlost Cruiser, who looks to be in great shape these days. The black dog recently made a fine outing, and would be a major player in the Owners Bonus Series Heat 2, being held at Monmore on Friday, August 03, 2012.
After winning a couple of trial races, the dashing hound stepped into an A7 race. Although K. Bebbington’s charge could not display an equally good show, he did well to ensure the first rank by a short head’s distance.
After so many good journeys, his confidence is at a high. So, it would not be wrong to say that the son of Astronomic has a big chance in today’s A6 meeting. The hound looks determined to carry forward his good work and thus, it might be a dangerous move
to look elsewhere for the winner.
Among his rivals are: Oi Oi Precious, Clayton Lady, Rock It Audrey, Bigbear Mosca and Catunda Bernard. The 480 metres flat race will be started off at 16:57 GMT. Just like the first heat, it carries a cash prize worth £96.
Oi Oi Precious has a legion of supporters, who will be expecting him to come out of his unlucky spell. The white and black dog narrowly missed the crown in his previous outing here at the end of last month.
Clayton Lady looks sure to be sniffing out a medal. Yet, we are reluctant to recommend her for the gold, as she made a couple of unlucky trips lately. The black b***h was third on last two occasions.
Bigbear Mosca’s chances are lessened by this draw, and he probably needs some help to strike today. Catunda Bernard’s recent stats are not impressive at all. C. Price’s trainee is expected to struggle against this line-up. Rock It Audrey will possibility
be seeking assistance from earlybirds tangling.
Clonlost Cruiser is in such a great form that it will be a mighty tough outing for the rest of the pack. Nevertheless, the black dog needs to give his best shot in order to avoid an upset. Good luck to all the runners.
