Close contest expected in S2 680m Flat at Nottingham
It is going to be a nerve-wracking clash in the 680 metres Grade S2 heat at Nottingham on Tuesday, May 01, 2012. According to the program, the meeting will be started at 12:32 GMT.
Competing for a purse of £128 are: Fire Foods Nitro, Carrowkeal Rex, Mill Goofy, Lyla, Kaukola Ridge and Fabulous Tally.
Bettor.com presents an exclusive preview in order to help those interested in betting. According to our calculations, Fabulous Tally has an obvious chance for the top prize. The black b***h has been performing consistently over
the past few weeks.
At the start of April, she displayed a slightly below par performance. However, the b***h did not lose her determination and improved her work significantly afterwards. In her penultimate trip, L. Tuffin’s trainee missed the
top spot by ½ a length.
An excellent show boosted up her confidence to some extent and as a result, she demonstrated a superb show last time out. On April 17, Token Prince’s daughter beat Kaukola Ridge by a couple of lengths.
Among her opposition, Fire Foods Nitro seems to be the strongest competitor. The blue and brindle dog is capable of producing good result against any line-up, but his inconsistency seems to be an issue for the punters.
After displaying a splendid show in early April, G. Gray’s trainee could not maintain good standards and consequently, completed the order of finish last time around. The dashing hound needs to win a few consecutive races in
order to create a group of supporters.
Kaukola Ridge would come out with an aim to take revenge of her previous defeat. Ahead of her trouncing at the hands of Fabulous Tally, the white and brindle b***h showed a lacklustre performance in a 680 metres heat.
However, one does not need much of a memory to recall her last success. At the end of March, P. Harnden’s trainee sealed the top place by two and a quarter lengths.
The stats show that it is going to be a close clash between Fabulous Tally and Fire Foods Nitro. Kaukola Ridge would find it difficult to claim the winning cheque, but an upset cannot be discarded.
