Close contest predicted between Aclamon Tracey and White Marble in Owners' Bonus Series Final at Romford
The stage is set for the finale of Owners' Bonus Series, to be held at Romford on Monday, March 26, 2012. Six quality contenders made it to the ultimate battle following their emphatic performance in opening round of the competition.
Although it is hard to make a prediction, an exciting clash is expected between Aclamon Tracey and White Marble. Both hounds are first round winners and thus, it will be a close competition.
As per the schedule, the 575 metres flat heat will get underway at 21:02 GMT. The Grade S1 event holds a cash prize worth £500, which will be bagged by the best performer.
Aclamon Tracey looks in good shape after her comprehensive victory last time around. In third heat of the series, she sealed top position by 2¾ lengths.
Her fine track record will also push the punters to put maximum number of bets on her. Out of her previous five races, the brindle b***h appeared as winner thrice. Therefore, E. Gaskin’s trainee is likely to be given the highest starting price.
However, her supporters cannot afford to be over-confident. Even though things did not go to the plan, White Marble managed to win gold medal in the first round. The brindle and white dog sealed first position by a short head's distance.
P. Young’s trainee will step out in search of his hat-trick after a couple of thrilling performances. His second last win was also quite fascinating, as he grabbed top spot by a head's distance.
Lismadine Sarah is also first round winner. The white and black b***h won opening heat of the series by one and a half lengths. Her victory would have boosted up her confidence, but she does not look to hold obvious claims.
If Ashley Kuyt succeeds in giving his best shot, he will have an obvious chance. Colyrow Lass' chances are not bright at all and thus, she will be given low odds. Likewise, Hitman Ali does not look in good position to do anything special against this line-up.
Aclamon Tracey and White Marble can be termed as joint favourites, but our vote goes to Aclamon Tracey. She won her last heat quite convincingly and would be full of spirits tonight. Good luck to everyone.
