Closed captioned radio. A few questions?

I have a few questions.

Iam profound Deaf and one my friends told me about a new thing that just came out Closed captioned radio. but we both don't know how it works. Anyone know. i know it is new. but Iam curiouse I would love to try even if turns out radio is boring.

Anyone know or know websites i would love to check this out.thanks!

Me too, I'm curious about radio captioning.  I wonder if it will work on my Blackberry since I can read messages on my BB, but wonder if a cc text radio will work on time without having to push for updates.
