Closing a bugaboo cameleon stroller?

so my aunt is visiting from alaska and can't fold her stroller. and neither can my mom or my dad or my uncle or the random guy at the airport. is there some sort of special trick to closing the bugaboo cameleon? apparently it has something to do with the white k***s???

To fold the chassis and wheels, you:

a. Put the Bugaboo Cameleon chassis in the 4-wheel

position.

b. Place the handlebar above the big wheels.

c Pull the two white release k***s towards you, and while

pulling the handlebar down, place it on the floor.

d Grasp the center shaft on which the frame bearers are

located and lift everything up.

The chassis with the wheels and handlebar should now

fall against each other
