Hi there im having a bit of a peg dilemma lol...

I currently use wooden pegs but they seem to be leaving peg marks on my clothes which are difficult to iron out, particularly on my 12 week old sons clothes..most of which would not need ironing if not for the marks that the pegs leave!!

Which pegs do you feel are best and do not leave marks on the clothes???

  1. One tip that might help I always hang things up by putting pegs on the under arm sleeve seam if it does mark it will not be seen hope this helps

  2. I use normal spring wooden pegs but I keep them in a bag and don't leave them on the line.  I only ever peg on the seams too and this seems to help.  I've not had to iron anything except my hubby's work shirts for ages!

  3. I've found that! as well, use plastic pegs, they don't leave marks.

  4. they all do.. but the old fashioned split ones with no spring mechanism do the least damage.. lord, I need to get out more.

  5. Soft pegs available from Tesco, a bit dear about two pounds for ten pegs but said to be good for not marking clothes. Also being a supermarket you can take them back if they do not do the job.

  6. Tchibo do some fantastic funky flower ones - £3.90 for 20.

"With soft-grip surfaces: protect washing and are easy to use. With stainless steel springs".
