Question:

Clotheslines...should I get the t-bar one or one of those circular umbrella ones?

I have no restrictions for space. I haven't ever used one of the round ones but they seem to not be as sturdy or that they wouldn't hold as much. My mom has always had an iron t-bar one. I really want to do my bedding and towels/beach towels and of course clothes. Any feedback or comments? Are there sturdy t-bars that you can pop out for mowing that have sunken receptacles? Do you have a site or namebrand that you'd swear by and has good quality ones.

What about those retractable ones that connect to a t-bar but the 5 line thing is attached to a wall? I'm worried if it's not brick will it damage the siding?

Any feedback is welcome!

Thanks!

  1. I don't know about specific brands but do not get a circular one. We have one and if there is anything heavy on it won't work properly. We had towels on ours. It suddenly got very windy and it blew it lopsided! (yes, it actually moved the cement it was in!)
