I need help with finding a company to do location research...to see if what I am trying to sell will in the area. Any ideas?

You need to get the feel for the place,  watch the people look at what they are buying,  talk to them.   Ask them,  where do they shop today and if there was a Clothing Boutique here would you shop?  

Your prospective customers should guide your decision.  Choose a place near shoe shores and othet successful clothing boutiques.  Because they successful places will draw in shoppers into your area like a candle draws in the moth.
