Clothing manufacturing?

I am looking fo a clothing manufacture to manufacture my range of max 15 garments at 50 per style/design/colour with cheap prices.

I would go to the nearest high school or vocational school and hire teenagers to produce my designs.  They will be thrilled to have the work. It will be a small scale operation with 10-30 dresses a week.  You can do it.  Do you already have stores who will sell them. Are you ready to open a small space. Would you start at Flea Market. /
