Clothing....... need advice majorly!!?

I want to look sorta like serena van der woodsen from gossip girl.. not blake lively.. any comments saying be yourself, I am being myself just wanting to dress more like her. can anyone help! I am in 10th grade, blonde just past the shoulder hair, 5 ft 1 in.

having a muse is really helpful when it comes to fashion. I wear headbands religiously and attend a school requiring a plaid skirted uniform, so Blair Waldorf is the perfect muse for me.

When it comes to Serena, she dresses very edgy. One of her signatures is a brown leather jacket. The uniform requires a plaid skirt and button downs, so I'd pick up some. Serena isn't prim and proper like Blair- she can be a bit messy. A crooked and loose tie (instead of the bows that the other A-Listers wear), just-got-out-of-bed hair, and tights.

serena van der woodsen has this CAREFREE attitude.. she doesn't give a **** about what people think about her..

she likes to layer her clothes, and mix and match clothes to make an outfit come together..

try buying great quality clothes that are versatile.. and then pair it with other clothes that match and have accessries to finish it off =D
