Clotting during periods normal right?

I always get clots during my period i alwys have theres more clothes than pure blood flow!! thats ok right? im 21 have periods since 11

  1. Remember your period is the blood rich lining in the uterus shedding. Since this lining is somewhat adheared to the wall of the uterus it will naturally be somewhat clotted when it is shed. Personally I suspect your periods are okay but it never hurts to ask a doctor. At 21 you should be getting annual PAP exams anyway.

    they stopped for me abt 2 3 years ago.. me 21 now

  3. I think it depends. Sometimes birth control can cause clotting in blood. I get them occasionally but not heavily and not more than regular flow. I would ask a doctor.  

  4. I think it's normal having some clots occasionally, but if you're having them all the time it might be worth getting checked out by a doctor.
