So a nimbus cloud goes over to a wispy cloud and says "Why so cirrus?"

Um, I don't really get it, but I haven't studied clouds since like grade 5... To be honest, it kinda sounds like one of those geek-jokes nobody ever gets. Try it on someone who loves science.
