Question:

Cloudy and Rainier place to live?

I live in the U.S and want to find a place to live that is preferably cloudy, not a lot of sunlight; as little annual sunlight as possible. sub-preferably I would like to find a place with a decent rainfall per year not Hard downpours but a lot of sprinkles and light showers. It doesn't matter what country it is in. I speak English and some Spanish, however I have no problems against learning a different language.

Any ideas? and thank you in advance

  1. Oregon and western Washington sound perfect for you. Eastern Washington can get really hot during the summer, so you'd want to stay west of the mountains.

I'd imagine if you hopped the border, the weather in British Columbia would be fairly similar, though I haven't personally been there.

  2. Seattle, Washington or nearby cities.  More cloudy days than any place in the United States

  3. pacific northwest is just for you....try seattle/bellvue, WA, tacoma, WA, portland, OR
