Cloudy swimming pool?

my pool was perfectly clear last night at 11 o'clock PM. When I woke this morning it was cloudy. Does anyone know what could happen so fast?

I don't know where you live---- but if the pollen count is high there--- that could be the problem. Or, have you checked the chlorine to see if it needs chlorine?  

If you have a box with the little tubes in it where you add the drops, ( there should be instructions in the box to tell you how many drops in which tube, exp. -- first tube, you add 5 drops of the yellow, and if the water in the little tube turns a strong yellow -- you have too much chlorine, if it doesn't turn hardly yellow at all, then there isn't any chlorine at all. Then the instructions tells you how much you need to add.

    If that's not the problem, a good fix is a bottle of "First Aid" for Pools. It is biodegradable, and it will clear it up quicker than anything I've found.

      If nothing else maybe you should take a sample of water to your local pool shop closes to you and they will test the water and tell you what you need to do.

      But like I said, I have a pool, went through all that, and the " First Aid" for pools is the best.  You probably could find it online at one of the pool suppliers.

rain or dew with a lot of crude in it, use a flocculant to get the crude out

It could be that your chems got out of wack somehow.

ph balance , go to walmart and get a testing kit and some shock and swim your water is maybe to hard  you might need to add some acid to reduce the hardness,  plus if your ph is good your chlorine will stick better and you will not have to add it as often.

I would try running the filter all night to see if that helps...also,check the chlorine level...
