Cloudy urine ,Low back and stomach pain?

I have cloudy urine, Low back pain and stomach pain...It all started last week when I got the runs...what could it be? I am going to the doctor in the morning...to make sure but just want to see if anyone else would know.

I'm sure you're having kidney issues. My cousin's best friend had the exact same problem - turns out, he had kidney stones! Yikes! Advil should help FOR THE MOMENT just to get the pain away, but see a doctor ASAP. And drink lots of fluids, preferably water.
