Cloverfield monster vs Darth Vader?

Question

Could Vader really own the great beast? Can Vader reach a power similar to a giant bomb, which didn't even necessarily take down Clover?

Yet if Darth Vader can't even take down a monster...?

the clover by a long shot its bigger stronger newer plus a bomb that took out a chunk of NY didn't kill the beats darth vader took his helmet off and he died in seconds so by far the clover

Well if Luke Skywalker can defeat the Rancor, then Darth could easily take down the monster - he would use the force to pull a building down on top of it (although to be fair, it does look like it survives an air strike at the end of the movei - maybe it's  little too close to call)
