Club Ice in Fortsmith Arkansas???????? Help?

Does anyone know what the age limit for club ice in fortsmith is and how much it cost i can't find any info anywhere or a phone number any help would be appreciated

How odd, I find very little on it, not even a phone number.  

Not sure this is an established club, but a club in  name only which rents space for shows.  

Another thought is that the club itself is over the state line and actually in West Fort Smith, Texas.
