Club Penguin Question?

Please Help Me!At this Moment my Penguin is 30 Days Old, all of them and I took the Secret Agent Quiz and I am sure I got all the answers right.I even checked Club Penguin related Websites and those websites even had the same answers I put in.Every time I log back on Club Penguin I still didn't get the spy phone.Why is this happening?Is anyone else having the same problem.Or does anyone have the same problem and solved it.If you did solve it please tell me how.Thank You So Much.10 Points for the best answer.
