Club Penguin - Secret Agent Under 30 days?

Is there any way I can become a secret agent while I am under 30 days. or can anyone email me an account that is over 30 days? thanks. :)

 you have to have one penguin thats an agent the press recruit on the phone and pops up buddy list click your other penguin and your there
