Fulham
After their flying run to the final of the Europa League last season Fulham are once again aiming high and have looked busy in the transfer market.
They have signed:
-        Philippe Senderos from Arsenal
-        Jonathan Greening from West Brom
-        Moussa Dembele from AZ Alkmaar for 5 million pounds
-        Rafik Halliche from Benfica
-        Carlos Salcido from Dutch outfit PSV Eindhoven and
-        Lauri Dalla Valle and Alex Kacaniklic from Liverpool as a part of player exchange deal for Paul Konchesky.
Liverpool
Since the arrival of Roy Hodgson the Liverpool squad has been chopped and changed and there have been some signings at the club that surely were enough for the likes of Gerrard and Torres to stay at the club.
In the Summer Liverpool bought:
-        Jonjo Shelvey for 1.7 million pounds from Charlton
-        Milan Jovanovic on a Bosman Transfer from Standard Liege
-        Joe Cole on a free transfer from Chelsea
-        Danny Wilson from Rangers for a fee that can rise up to 5 million pounds
-        Fabio Aurelio was a free agent and Liverpool resigned him after initially releasing him
-        Christian Poulsen from the Old Lady of turin for a paltry sum of 4.5 million pounds
-        Brad Jones for 2.3 million pounds from championship side Middlesbrough
-        Raul Meireles for 10.5 million pounds from Porto and
-        Paul Konchesky for players plus cash from Fulham
Manchester City
City bolstered their squad with:
-        Jerome Boateng for 10 million pounds from Hamburg
-        Yaya Toure for 25 million pounds from Barcelona
-        David Silva for 24 million pounds from Valencia
-        Alex Henshall from Swindon
-        Alexandar Kolarov from Lazio for 16 million pounds
-        Mario Balotelli for 24 million pounds from Inter and
-        James Milner from Aston Villa for an undisclosed amount of fee
Manchester United
In this Transfer Window Manchester United brought:
-        Javier Hernandez for 7 million pounds from C.D. Guadalajara
-        Chris Smalling for 10 million pounds from Fulham and
-        Bebe for 7.4million from Vitoria Guimaraes
Newcastle
Newcastle will be chasing survival in the Premiership with the addition of
-        James Perch from Nottingham Forest
-        Dan Gosling from Everton
-        Sol Campbell Arsenal
-        Cheik Tiote from FC Twente) and
-        Hatem Ben Arfa on loan from Marseille
Stoke City
Stoke City were again crippled by the lack of funds but still managed to buy:
-        Kenwyne Jones for 8 million pounds from Sunderland
-        Florent Cuvelier from Portsmouth and
-        Jon Walters for 2.75 million pounds from Ipswich
Sunderland
The Black Cats brought in:
-        Cristian Riveros from Cruz Azul
-        Ahmed Al-Muhammadi on loan from ENPPI
-         Simon Mignolet for an undisclosed fee from Sint-Truidense
-         Titus Bramble for 1 million pounds from Wigan
-         Marcos Angeleri from Estudiantes
-         John Mensah on loan from Lyon
-         Nedum Onouha on loan from Manchester City and
-         Asamoah Gyan for a club record 13 miliiion pounds from Rennes
Tottenham
Spurs will be playing in the Champions League with the addition of:
-         Sandro for 6 million pounds from Internacional
-         William Gallas from Arsenal and
-         Stipe Pletikosa on loan from Spartak Moscow
 
West Brom
The Baggies added:
-        Steven Reid Blackburn
-         Pablo Ibanez from Atletico Madrid
-         Gabriel Tamas from Auxerre
-         Boaz Myhill for 1.5 million from Hull
-         Nicky Shorey from Aston Villa
-        Peter Odemwingie from Lokomotiv Moscow
-        Marc-Antoine Fortune from Celtic
-         Paul Scharmer from Wigan and
-         Craig Dawson from Rochdale
West Ham
Hammers secured the signatures of:
-        Thomas Hitzlsperger from Lazio
-        Pablo Barrera for 4 million pounds from UNAM Pumas
-        Frederic Piquionne for 1 million pounds from Lyon
-        Tal Ben Haim on loan from Portsmouth
-        Winston Reid  FC Midtjylland
-        Victor Obinna loan from Inter Milan
