Club/lounge nyc any nice places?

My boyfriends 26th Birthday is comming up the beginning of October we are looking to bring about 20 ppl to NYC but not spend too much $$. Alot of nice spots they charge $300 per bottle we can't afford that unfortunately any suggestions?? (We all like the usual R&B hip hop 80's and rock)
