Sorry dude, they don't give the hard hats out anymore and you cannot break the ice burg because me and nearly 200 other people tried it a few days ago.

They aren't around right now, just keep a look out for them. There might be cheats. I'm sure they will be around again.

Firstly it's a myth that you can break the iceberg. Sorry to spoil it for you!

Secondly the hat was given out free when something was built or something like that. It is no longer available.

some times its in the catalog sometimes it's a free when cp bulids someting new. but at the moment it is not any of them. sorry! keep your eyes open for the hat! And good luck with the iceburg! (dose it crack? the world may never know!)
