Club penguin help PLZ?

so i JUST made an account and my username is suncaligirl, how come when i went on right after my account was activated my penguin's name is "Penguin6151707"? how do i change this? and also how do u accept a friend request?

sry, i'm new to this, my friend say it was fun so i'm trying it out

first you have to go to your email account to activate ur club penguin(if yahoo check all your folders). and for the friend request you just simply press yes.
