make frozen drinks and other cosmopolitan type drinks some martini type drinks that look real sophisticated, food have snacks and stuff like chips and veggies the clothes wear lots of white and neon and get a black light so all the white glows, music you could go like a common rave techno style or today's music but really it depends on what you like, get lots of glow in the dark or neon or blinking decorations like light up cups and such make sure you et a black light and include lots of white it would be cool to also get a strobe light, for invites on super bright colored paper write or print your party info then attach either right on the invite or put it in the envelope give a glow bracelet or necklace or something
