i'm looking into playing club volleyball for a U16 team, is there anything i should keep in mind while trying out?
i've played volleyball grade 6, 7, 8, 9, and beach volleyball in the summer, my partner and i placed 8th at provincials but i'm still pretty nervous.
just a few hints on like, what to wear, what areas of my body i should start working on like, right now to tone them super fast (the tryouts are on sunday) and things like that,
anything helps!!
