Club volleyball tryouts?

i'm looking into playing club volleyball for a U16 team, is there anything i should keep in mind while trying out?

i've played volleyball grade 6, 7, 8, 9, and beach volleyball in the summer, my partner and i placed 8th at provincials but i'm still pretty nervous.

just a few hints on like, what to wear, what areas of my body i should start working on like, right now to tone them super fast (the tryouts are on sunday) and things like that,

anything helps!!

  1. Okay,

    what to wear : just wear your spandex, a random jersey from one of the teams you've been on to let them know you've had experience, knee pads & shoes .. the basics.

    what areas to work on :  well if you only have until sunday , there isn't going to be much difference, and you CAN'T wear yourself out. Just do some pushups, and lots of situps OR crunches, i find situps are harder but quicker results. Stretch too, and work on jumping as high as you can.

    You are obviously good if you've been on so many teams , so just keep doing what you've been doing and good luck !!
