I usually dont bother with the fantasy thing.  Boxing is serious.  If a fighter could really do what you see in the Rocky movies, in real life, he'd be undefeated.  Look at all those  "Straight from Georgia" hooks Rocky throws.  Real fighters might throw A FEW of them PER FIGHT.  Rocky throws them 100 PER ROUND.  Clubber does the same,   only Harder.  But he'd not a smart fighter.

If I could somehow translate the movie Clubber into a real fighter,  he might beat Tyson but I wouldnt bet on it.  I dont rank Tyson very high in my Top 12 but he IS there where a guy like Floyd Patterson would NEVER be there on any given day.  

Tyson will always have a puncher's chance to beat anyone who could be KO'd by one or a few shots.   That means EVERYBODY.   This is not to say that Tyson WOULD beat everyone.  Like I said, he doesnt rank very high in the top 12 but he's there.    In fairness to Tyson,  who is quite flawed,  FEW can equal his early round power.  NONE clearly surpass it.   Forman gets the top spot but Tyson is pretty close.  Plus, with more speed,  his chances of scoring an early KO  (before round 4)  are about equal to Forman's.

Tyson has the best chin in boxing.  He's got heart but poor stamina.  He's a bit of a bully and doesnt play well when things arent going his way.    Clubber could scare the pants off him before the fight.    Or if Tyson came in in the right frame of mind  (no guarentee),  he could outbox Clubber early and take him down the way Rocky did.  

Another thing,  in fairness to Tyson,  despite his losses,  NO ONE has KO'd him with just a few power shots.   His stoppage defeats were TKO's, the result of a poorly conditioned Tyson being worn down.  If you cant give Tyson credit for his chin,  go watch the Ruddock fights,  especially the second one.  If you still cant give him credit you probably dont know much about boxing.   Ruddock never won a title but FEW can punch like him.  

Mike would KNOW Clubber isnt afraid of him.  If he can keep his head he could chop Lang down.  For all his power its not likely that Lang would KO Tyson early.  Like I said,  NO ONE ever did that.  

Since this is  fantacy I can go either way with this.  

Before the Rocky fights,  Clubber stops him in 6

After the Rocky fights,  TYSON wins in 2

When Tyson was on top many people thought he was the best fighter, ever.

Many people only judge by what is current, as Tyson fades into history his over all ranking is dropping.

I doubt he would win against very many of the old fighters, and he would not against Lang.
