  1. 16 - home at midnight, beer and occasional wine allowed

18 - legal age for all clubs, everything allowed, no time limit until local closing hours; valid also for brothels

21 - special age for explicit "adult" clubs; occasionally in use at door signs, but not legally justified; it's code for "members only"

Mind that doorkeepers may follow special "club policies". In some clubs, your legal age won't help. Either you know them, you bribe them, or you stay out. Trying to persuade them is a waste of time. Time you could spend at a more friendly club.

  2. It doesn't matter, just get a fake I.D.

  3. 16, but just till midnight. 18 whole night.

But some clubs will not let you in till you are 21.

  4. 16 but you need to leave at midnight, normally is 18.

  5. 16....but 18 to stay in there late your suppose to leave at midnight.

  6. 14 and less no s*x; there will be no criminal trial against you, but youth authorities will "help" you.

14 and more you can have s*x with a person of your age

    16 years and more:

Disco dancing clubs up to 22:00 o'clock. Beer and wine yes (But they want to change that)     destilled -- no. No tabacco!!! you can have s*x with a person of your age. But no real night club (striptease bars)

18 and more you are adult no limitation. you can't have s*x with a person less than 16.

  7. Well, the actual age is 18 but if your 16 or 17 you can stay till midnight.

I'm German also living in Germany, so I can say it's different everywhere, some let you in even knowing your under age but really good nightclubs in big towns are much stricter and always do id checks.
