Ive heard Mantra is a good place.. I've never been because it's not my scene.. A girl that I work with is 18 and loves the place, and has asked me a billion and one times to go with her.

The Pink Monkey in Downtown is a great spot! Huge place lots of dancing and chillin, you'll love it..

theres a good bar called the pink flamingo theres 2 but one is always packed with g**s(I dont go there)

Bikini Beach (in Houston and Webster) are always great.  I think they do 18 and up one of those nights!
