Durham attack had to wait for next 15 overs for another success. Both the partners brought 100 up for the side. Another half-century partnership was posted from the duo with the bulk coming from fluent opener Varun Chopra. In the meanwhile Chopra also cruised to his individual 67-ball half-century. The partnership was worth 65 when Gareth Breese broke it trapping Maddy leg before wicket. Maddy’s 42-ball innings earned the visitors 27 runs. Troughton and Chopra added 31 more runs to the scorecard for the third wickets partnership before the opener departed in the 30th over slashing Breese to Coetzer leaving the side 155 for 3 on the board.
