  1. only if it has a manufacture deffect..and if so, then you can only exchange it for the exact same game....good luck, and happy new year

  2. Most stores no but with Christmas so close many stores will relax the rules if you want a different game.  If you need the same game you can usually exchange any time.

  3. yes.

  4. If you broke the sticker on the side then you can only take it back if its damaged or doesnt work.

If its still got its plastic sticker on the side then you can take it back regardless of reason.

Its to stop you playing a game and then taking it back.

  5. I would think that it would depend on the store and the reason... I know that some stores wont unless there is a fault with the product..

  6. If damaged then yes. But they will buy it off you for a slightly smaller price than you bought it, they do this in Gamestation as well.

I suggest you go to both stores, ask how much they'll pay for it and then sell to the store which pays the most, unfortunately they will only pay you in store credit but I'm sure you can find another game you want.

  7. Only for the same game because the other one didn't work.

    Good Luck!!

  8. One can return any faulty goods to the seller, and they have to give you your money back. "Sales of goods act" I recently had three games that I bought from Maplin. One would not work, even with the help of the Help Desk of the distributor, the other was a duplicate of the same game. Having kept the receipts (a must when returning goods) I received a full refund on the unwanted goods. Might I also point out that it is good PR (Public Relations) for stores to do this.

  9. yer i think so but they would probably if it was faulty or somthiong. if it wasnt i think they give you a credit note for game to buy another game in there

  10. it does depend on the store hmv did with me woolworths didnt

  11. depends on the store

  13. yes you can.

  14. yes, if it is faulty oooor if you can convince them your son tore it open and it turned out it wasn't the right game lmao

  15. yes if its faulty i think

  16. Yea

    =] hope this hepled

  17. I would call the store first and explain the issue with the board game then bring it to the store or talk to the manager Hope this helps!
