Cn tower view?

I was just wondering what is better for the view at the Cn tower in Toronto - is it better during the day, or at night?

Both.  The best way to enjoy the view is to make a reservation in the revolving restaurant for about 7:30 or 8:00 pm this time of year.  Then you can have a nice meal and enjoy daylight and night views.  Enjoy!!

At any time in day, it is very beautiful! But it is absolutely gorgeous at sunset!

During the night its very beautiful as well. You can see the great night veiw of Toronto!

both are pretty spectacular.  During a clear day you can see the mist rising from Niagara Falls but the night scene with the lights of the city is well worth to.  Would suggest heading up at about 8pm so you can see both the day and the night versions.

The revolving restaurant at the top is a good place to spend a couple hours.  Prices are steep but food isnt half bad.

I went last week at about 7 PM. If you arrive at 7, you can take some time to go on some of the rides/arcade stuff at the bottom, if that's your thing, and then watch the sunset from the top of the tower. It's kinda cool to watch all the streetlights come on at about 8:30 (in the summer) and see the change from day to night.
