i ve land touching highway n want to start cng pump(station). where from one can get d information about starting it in india?

You should probably start by talking to local suppliers.  I don't know where in India you are, but among the companies to talk to are Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation, Cairns Energy, and CBM.  These names are likely to be more familiar to you than to me.
