The Dutch trainer has signed an initial one-year contract with the Tukkers but hopes to renew the deal for a couple of more years once the season commences.
“I have the energy and ambition. At a time when the Netherlands has a lot of good young coaches coming forward, I think I have something to add. FC Twente offers me this chance. Halfway through the season there will be an evaluation. If both sides agree,
I will sign for another year. That process can be repeated infinitely”, Adriaanse was quoted as saying to the media.
