Hi, I joined the Co-operative membership scheme about a year and a half ago. I filled out the form in the US magazine, which is exsclusively for Co-op staff. I was looking forward to the guaruanteed payout of £500 or £250 for members who had joined late on. Oh boy, was I well miffed when it turns out that I have been issued the "wrong" card. Mine says I am a member, not an Employee member. Jings, I have worked for them for nineteen years and I have been fobbed off with the excuse that I should have been issued with an employee member card in the first place. Apparrently, I should have clarified this when joining. Surely I should have been given the option as to which card I was applying for?? Are there any other unhappy Co-op buffs out there trying to get a wee bit of justice?? If you are successful, could you please give me the inside story on how you managed to win your case. Thanks in advance...
