Co-owner not finding access?

Question

I am owner of a private loop. I want to add a moderator or co-owner but so far when it looks like I've set her up, she doesn't find the new access to members or invites. Any ideas what we are doing wrong.

Check the moderator status:

You can check her privileges.

Click on Members.

Click Moderators.

Locate her info and click Edit Membership underneath her name.

Scroll down to Moderator Privileges.

Make sure there is a checkmark in front of Invite and add members.

Check for any other member related privilege you want her to have and add a checkmark in front of those.

Click Save Changes when finished.

Something else to check out:

Under Message Delivery and to the right of Notifications, you should also put checkmark in front of "Notify this moderator when there are pending messages, photos or memberships which require approval".

Click Save Changes when finished.
