Coaches who didn't play football? Please help...?

Can anyone name any top coaches at the collegiate (preferably D1) or at the NFL level that never played college ball or maybe never even played the game in general?

Charlie Weis is the most famous I can think of off the top of my head. He graduated from Notre Dame, but never played any sports.
