Even in this was possible it would be illegal for obvious reasons. It would be used as a weapon for America and under no circumstances would it be sold to the public. Also, I would bet my left arm it would be kept under raps, so even if an "invisible coat" has been made no-one but the government (and creators) will know about it.

yea saw something like that on bbc waaay back then. they say its useful for soldiers in jungles. its made of mirror i think, it will be like a scale of a dragon made of mirrors. it  will make the soldiers look invisible because it will reflect the surrounding
