  1. People were getting addicted to the coco bean which is what coke is made from. I am sure you know this answer. Did you just want to see how many people else did?  :0).

  2. Because coca was too expensive to mass make... and since billions of poeple drink coke, the coke company had to find a way to make it cheaper to make...

  3. I think it might have something to do with the slightly annoying fact that coca leaves are somewhat addicting. It was to the point that the company was actually changing its name to Crack-A-Cola.

In hindsight, I think Coke actually regrets changing their formula. They probably would have scored better in the Pepsi Challenge if their product was still being made from cocaine.

  4. Gosh, let's think for just a minute..................oh yeah.

Besides the fact that they found cheaper ingredients.

From Wiki:  To this day, Coca-Cola uses as an ingredient a non-narcotic coca leaf extract prepared at a Stepan Company plant in Maywood, New Jersey. In the United States, Stepan Company is the only manufacturing plant authorized by the Federal Government to import and process the coca plant.[18][19][20]

  5. Coca~Cola is not made of coca because that was a drug. Believe it or not Coke use to be a medicine, but no anymore it is a soft-drink so they took the drug(s) out and put some more sugar, but...

    I STILL ♥ COKE!
