Coca-Cola in Mexico what's it like?

I'm going to mexico and I was wondering if theirs anyone on yahoo who is in mexico who could tell me what sweetener they use in their coke? Canadian coke and American coke use different sweeteners so they taste different. I'm very particular about the taste so It'd be really great if someone could help me out! Thank you!

I love mexican coke the best, they use local farmer's sugar cane crops to sweeten the coke, it won't taste the same as American or Canadian Coke, it will taste a bit smoother and without as much harshness that comes with the others on your teeth (when they tingle after drinking Amrerican Coke).

I personally buy a couple of cases of Dr. Pepper (who uses sugar too when manufactered in Mexico) and Coke whenever I visit and bring em home, (kinda of a hassle at the border but as long as you let em search ya and taste some of the coke to *ahem* "see if there is drugs in it" You should be okay).

There is definitely a difference.  I personally don't like Mexican coke...it is too sweet.

im mexican and i didnt noticed any difference when i was in USA or Ca....i think the taste is the same as long as u drink a bottled soda ... the ones tht taste different r the ones tht come frm a machine........all this abt the coca light tht is the one tht i drink

I hate to disagree but I can not tell the difference.

The recipe for the production and ingredients ARE identical all over the world and has been a well guarded secret Since Pendelton created it in the late 1800.

It is identical.

You Know we don't grow a heck of a lot of sugar cane in Canada and the last time I checked neither America.

THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT SOMEHOW managed to get the recipe were Pepsi.

You think they would risk changing the taste?
