Coca~cola with cocaine?

Is it llegal to have a bottle of coca-cola with cocaine in it, is it legal to sell it, and is legal to drink it?

It's illegal and it doesn't exist ( since 1909).

1909 is when the FDA was formed and before that you could walk into any drug store and buy whatever drug you wanted( no prescription needed).

Then Coke had to reformulate and up the caffeine to give you the boost that the cocaine did previously.

It is illegal to make, sell and drink.

No. Cocaine is not legal and they don't put it in the coke anymore!

None has been made since the early 1900s. Also,  a chemical analysis has shown that the amount wasn't very significant. The effect from the caffeine was much stronger, so it was more of a gimmick as cocaine was medicinal in those days.

when they first started they had cocaine in it to get people addicted no one knew anything about it except the company. so it wasn't illegal to drink it.
