I'm visiting friends in Santiago later this month. In exchange for their hospitality I will be required to make my most excellent tiramisu. I'll need lady fingers which I assume are available in Chile, but what are they called in Spanish?

  1. You can find that the ladyfingers are called "galletas de champaña" or "galleta champagne" in Chile. The most popular brand is McKay which is own by Nestle and their complete brand name is "Galletas Champaña Criollitas". The 100gr package costs arround US$ 1.5 and you can find them in most supermarkets or convenience stores.
