Cockatiel growing backward feathers?

Question

My grandmothers lutino hen has a squint feather on her wing, this turns out to be a feather that appears to have grown in backwards since the spines in the rest of the feathers point inwards whilst this points outwards

What should be done about this?

if it is causing the bird any pain the best  thing to do would be to ask a vet to remove it
