Cockatiel or cockatool to talk

whitch of these birds is most likely to talk or mimic or can any of them really do it dont know whitch one of them to buy

Of course cockatoo mimic so much better the human speech. Anyway cockatiel are able to mimic in a not so sophisticated way as the cockatoo but is a very cute pet too.  The price differences between the birds is notable.

Well cockatoos can talk to a certain point but a cockatiel male will learn to say alot of words you can understand. I find cockatoos are harder to understand and they don't talk as well as the cockatiels do. And cockatoos cost way more then a cockatiel.
