Cockatiels molting ?

My tiels are about 7 months old. There are 2 of them I am not sure of the s*x of either one. My question is for my pearl, it is losing feathers around the neck ,head and on the orange spots on the cheeks. You can see the holes for the ears. Is this a normal molt ?

i agree with the first answer, when they are molting they loose feathers all over not just the head.

thats actually not molt at all. i think your bird is sick, take him to a pet store  or vet and have them check it out. im pretty sure he, or the other birds, plucked out his feathers, its a sickness.
