Kaytee Exact, it's a powder and you just mix it with water.

Inexperienced pet owners really shouldn't be handfeeding unweaned birds. You could easily injure or kill them. If the bird has reverted to needing to be handfed after you bring her home you need to contact the breeder!! Ask the breeder what she was using, since the baby might not accept something different. The breeder can give you advice on what food to use, how to prepare it and how to handfeed the bird. Doing it wrong can cause serious issues for the bird long into its life.
