Cockroach help?

hey i was playing oblivion when i saw a small/med cockraoch i screamed and beatn it with all i had / amagazine

im a boy lol and im afraid of those suckers its only 1 i seen all year and im afraid now to sleep am i infested i NEED real advise.

i seem to be the only 1 with brains in the family.

i kept trash in my room for 3 days is that the cause am i invested lol i took off all my clothes just incase

try to spray insecticide there so that you will have peace of mind that there is no more cockroach....

put food all over the floor around your bed...that way they wont crawl into your bed and into your ear or mouth

Get some for pets.... then you will get used to them, Breed them and in no time, you will have an army of them ( a billion strong). Think about that!!!! You can take over the world with your army of roaches.lol

Roach traps always worked for me.  Make sure you buy ones where the entry ways are large enough to accommodate your unwanted guests.  All-purpose cleaners also kill just about any insects dead on contact.  Also yes you should keep tidy.  Garbage should be taken out asap.   Cockroaches do not infest your clothes btw.  They will lay their eggs behind your walls and places you won't see.  If you have only seen one, I wouldn't be too worried if you clean up right away.  If you can keep your place immaculate then you will starve them because they basically live off of your crumbs.
