Cockroaches please help?

I don't know where there coming from but i need to get read of them. I've never had this problem before so I don't know what to do. I've been in my house for 3 year know and a few week back i started sean them around my kitchen and everyday theres more. What shall I do?? How do I get read of them??

U could use Raid....I mean it kills roaches and other types of creepy crawlers Instantly! It really works. Or u could have an exterminator exterminate ur place maybe 2 or 3 days a week. But the raid really works.... U could find it almost in any grocery store.

Get "Roach Proof" at Lowes/Home Depot.

Or just get Boric Acid. Put it down inside of your cabinets (keep away from dishes/pans/food). Also put it in the bathroom cabinets. Keep away from pets too.

is there construction nearby?  that stirs things up.

i would get raid indoor outdoor spray and spray around the interior and whatever cracks you see.  then call an exterminator.

Bengal roach spray guaranteed extermination overnight. I promise it will work. Once I moved into a rent house that was absolutely infested. I was pregnant and destitute.
