Cocktail Hour at Your Wedding?

How many cold & hot passed items & stations did you have at your wedding? Our wedding package comes with 2 hot, 2 cold, a veggie station and a cheese station and I am wondering if that is not enough? What did you do/think?

How many pieces are included in each and how many guests?  you should have on average about 6 pieces per guest.

Your caterer is an expert at serving stand-up events, and you can usually rely on his or her judgment. A lot depends on how long your reception will go on, and on what other activities are scheduled, and of course on the available quantities of the items.

What you have listed is about right for an hour of mingling-and-speeches. If the floors are to be cleared for dancing after that length of time or the festivities are wrapping up, you won't need anything more.  

If you are going in from these hors d'ouvres to a sit-down dinner, then this is plenty!

I am having 8 passed items and a fruit and cheese station and a "sweets" station.

Guests will be there for only about 45 minutes . and it is a Sunday brunch so it does not need to be elaborate as if done in the evening.
